Roland Resurrection follows the tense dynamic between protagonist Isak Muttala and antagonist Roland, the Muttala family's former pet rabbit who was abandoned and left to die. Now back, Roland sets out for Stockholm, determined to find the Muttalas and make things wrong. The only one who can stop him is Isak, whose aggressive nature drives him to kill criminals to satisfy his inner hunger. Meanwhile, Isak is forced to live a double life as a vigilante killer on one side and on the other, a boyfriend to Lotta and a member of the friend group, Seaksi, which includes the likes of Elias, Gustav, Bruno, and Edward.

In the Season 2 premiere, after Roland’s getaway, Isak is left to cope with the consequences of Roland's actions. Meanwhile Bruno stirs up trouble by suggesting that Elias's death doesn't look like an incident.

After Isak's kills have been discovered. He begins his search for Roland, but Roland is already one step ahead. Meanwhile, Bruno visits Isak’s old apartment.

Isak must remain hidden in the shadows as a high-profile FBI agent arrives in Stockholm to investigate the newly discovered serial killer.

After Isak’s kills are exposed and Roland is on the loose. Both are forced to find new methods of disposal to avoid raising suspicion and revealing their true identities.

Roland discovers that the man who murdered his mother is still alive. So when the clock strikes twelve, he confronts the killer as part of his unfinished revenge plan.

Isak uncovers a lead on Roland, only to realize that Bruno is stalking him. Meanwhile Gustav gets a low freaky braid and the Bay Harbor Refiller case is put on hold.

As Isak needs to juggle two things. Keeping Bruno locked in the cage and tracking down Roland’s home. Isak begins to remember old moments from the friend group, when everything was still at peace.

Roland finds Bruno, and the police finally settle the case of the Bay Harbor Refill, but the heat's not entirely off Isak as the flames literally close in. And before it’s over, he has one more thing to take care of, Roland.

As Bruno gets framed as The Bay Harbor Refiller. The focus shifts to Roland. Gustav devises a plan to apprehend Roland, while Roland prepares for his departure. Isak makes his decision, and it results in devastating consequences.

After weeks of brooding over his abandonment, Roland gets some visits from past foes. With no food and water he sets his sights on the fast-food restaurant: Subway. His evil thoughts come to mind, that he will not pay for his Refill.

Roland attends an animalistic gathering. Isak continues to struggle with mounting guilt and pressure at the Muay Thai training, just as Elias arrives in Vasastan from Södermalm.

Roland spots a familiar face at McDonald's, sitting by the window and eating his signature choice: the McRill. Meanwhile, as Elias closes in, Isak pursues a dangerous connection with a boxer, believing they operate under a similar code.

Isak gets his first kill after abandoning Roland, while Gustav and Elias grow concerned about Isak’s absence at the group hangout. Isak claims that he has already been booked, but Bruno sees through his lies.

Gustav starts producing a song that features everyone, but soon the others begin to suspect that he no longer wants to continue working on it.

To avoid Elias, Isak begins stalking his reposts, searching for any clues about his whereabouts. But all he finds are corny and cringe worthy videos. Meanwhile, Roland starts digging into Isak’s new life.

Roland kidnaps one of Isak’s closest friends, pressuring him to take action against Roland. Meanwhile, Bruno assists Elias in his search for Isak.

On his way to the Muttala family’s apartment, memories flood Roland’s mind. But in doing so, Roland discovers something about Isak that he never knew, something connected to the last place Roland once called home: the Gustav Vasa School’s pavilion.

Elias and Bruno reveal they know a critical piece of information, forcing Elias to warn Roland. But in doing so, he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Which makes Isak go to extreme lengths when Roland arrives at the Muttala family's apartment, ultimately setting the apartment ablaze.

Isak goes to a close friends funeral, while Lotta has her hands full preparing Thanksgiving dinner at her house, Saga uses the holiday to further investigate Roland, and Gustav gets closure on an old case.

Isak must buy time to protect himself from Roland. But the rabbit, who still can't understand why Isak doesn't turn him in, begins his own investigation into 'Brokenlunch.'

Roland and Isak find themselves on a collision course as Saga unearths a shocking long-hidden truth, Andreas admits his relation to Isak is troubled, and Lotta gets visited from a familiar face.

After the devastating bloodbath at Roland's home. Roland is on the run, unable to start a new life, as his face is all over the news. At the same time Isak, Gustav, and Alexander are in the hospital. With some recovering easier than others, as Isak hallucinates an old friend.

Elias's hallucination continues to haunt Isak as he visits the crime scene. Edward and Gustav disobey police orders and torture a close rabbit relative to Roland in order to find his location.

Edward spirals into alcohol after everything he has been through. Roland travels along the Blue Line in search of a hideout, while Isak begins piecing together the events that took place after the bloodbath at Rolands home.

The first footage of Roland after the bloodbath has been found in Kista. As Isak travels there to find him, he becomes caught up in a party. Meanwhile, Edward must meditate in preparation for his military recruitment.

Roland, having just escaped the police, boards a commuter train. During the journey, the train mysteriously shuts down at Södra Station, leading him to discover something impeccable. Gustav and Edward begin following Isak, believing that Roland will want to confront him next.

Captured in Södermalm, Isak is brought to Roland’s hideout, where he awaits, while Gustav and Edward follow closely behind, closing in on their trail. As Roland offers Isak a chance to make Elias disappear for good, Isak prepares to strike.

In the wake of Isak’s desperate decision to vanquish Elias, questions and answers emerge as the world adjusts to the repercussions of what comes next.

After Isak is resurrected, he wakes up in Edward’s bed with his clothes off. Thanks to the media witnessing everything that happened in Södermalm between Isak and Roland, they are branding Roland a fallen hero while painting Isak as a backstabbing killer.

After a botched collection, Edward and Alexander are lost in the misty Hagaparken, while Isak juggles mounting pressures at home and within the friend group.
