A mysterious interview is conducted with a male named 'The Interviewer' - his name unknown. The listener (or 'Interviewee') is required to answer a series of strange questions.
Yet again, another recording appears, but this time, restored footage is shown. An unknown individual is recording from a car window as they go by trees, houses and other elements.
An organisation named Quellt Corporation is introduced. The corporation had found and archived lost footage.
The fourth recording rolls and strange code numbers, 234 and 239 are revealed. Viewers of this oddly classified piece of footage are warned of its confidentiality from the beginning.
Restore... restore... more footage, hidden from the public face, is revealed.
A Quellt briefer, named James, introduces everybody to the corporation and its standards, but via a mysterious recording.
Quell, an AI intelligence assistant, walks viewers and watchers of the recording through strict safety procedures, policies & information of the corporation when listening to or watching 'Recordings'.
