A two part film series exploring the struggles, strength & healing of Black men. “My Vulnerability is NOT weakness.”
“My Vulnerability is NOT weakness.”
This opening chapter explores how generations of systemic oppression have shaped the emotional lives of Black men, conditioning them to survive rather than truly live. Through powerful reflections, the episode examines how suppressed pain, cultural expectations, and unspoken trauma impact identity, happiness, and self-worth. It asks a critical question: how did survival become the standard and what will it take to break free?
This chapter follows Black men as they confront the pain they’ve long been taught to silence, discovering that true strength lies in vulnerability and emotional honesty. By breaking generational patterns and supporting one another, they begin to redefine masculinity, mental health, and brotherhood. As healing takes root, a new narrative emerges; one grounded in courage, connection, and wholeness.
