The second half of the season is always a sprint, but first the team will use the bye week to rest, refocus, and self-assess. This is where resilience meets ambition, and it is vital the Seahawks take advantage of every opportunity remaining in front of them.

Back in Seattle, Coach Macdonald welcomes his first child, a moment of joy amidst the grind. Treating every week like the Playoffs, the team travels to Arizona for a divisional showdown vs. the Cardinals, where Zach Charbonnet’s record day helps extend the winning streak to four. With three straight games against the NFC North on the horizon, the Seahawks will return home for a Sunday Night Football showdown against the Green Bay Packers.
