In this program on the history of European horticulture, we wander through the oldest living gardens created a thousand years ago by the Arabs in Spain. But also in gardens in France, Germany and Sweden that all share the ancient dream of a paradise on earth.
Second part of Katarina Dunér's series on the history of European horticulture.
Join the cultural-historical walk in the land of power in the 17th century, to the Loire Valley, Nymfenburg, Herrenhausen, Sandemar and Drottningholm.
Why do our gardens and parks look the way they do, with naked men and women by reflecting pools?
