Peggy reveals her criminal past to new clients, and the Farrell Brothers get into deep water when their clients want to lowball the asking price.
Peggy has to get creative to find a lakefront dream home for her clients on a condo budget; Cierra's reputation is on the line when she struggles to find an estate for her well-connected buyers who were former clients of her successful parents.
The banker who gave Peggy her first big break in real estate is back looking for a new luxury home to fit a family overflowing with grandchildren; Cierra's high school friend looks to settle into a lake house that she loves, but she's on a budget.
The Farrells reel in a big client with dreams of a risqué resort where size matters and privacy is a must. Peggy's client needs a live/work setup for her boat tour business, but the tour runs aground when they make a surprising discovery in the bathroom.
Peggy's hands are full with two interior designers who have big dreams and even bigger opinions. Gerardo is a new agent who's up against legends that don't always like newcomers, and his first-timer mistakes may cost him his first luxury deal.
The broker becomes the client as Jonas and his wife enlist his brother Justin to find their dream home at the lake. Newcomer Amanda needs Cierra's help to break into the Lake of the Ozarks and find her ball-player client a luxury lake house.
Gerardo's clients want a lakefront house with enough practice space for four cheerleading daughters. Cierra works with an engaged couple with expensive tastes, and first-timer Gabriela tries to impress her clients with a unique dome house.
It could be a huge payday if Peggy can find the house with everything-and-a-view for one of the richest men at the lake. Amanda's challenged by a couple with different ideas for their budget, and it gets complicated when they suddenly swap points of view.
