Ten thousand revellers pack Brighton’s clubs and pubs every weekend, and as the sun goes down and the lights come up, the number of assaults, sexual violence, anti-social behaviour, drug-related incidents and hate crime goes through the roof – and for the Night Coppers of Brighton, policing this city after dark is one hell of a ride.
2022

On the beat with the police officers of Brighton after dark. Young officers Matt and Will stop an ex-police chief for suspected driving under the influence. But things turn awkward when it turns out she isn't. Determined to prove themselves they attend a suspected arson where they are determined to catch the culprit. Sophie and Rachel investigate a possible street assault that has left a man with life-threatening injuries and Steve comes across a pair of legs sticking out of the bushes. The question is - whose are they?

Afghan veteran PC Theo takes charge of a baby when its mum is arrested for being drunk. PC Jack ends up in a scuffle. And newbie officer Amy helps a vulnerable member of the public.

The Brighton Police night patrol are called to a street assault, chase down a suspected house burglar, and apprehend a youth on a bus with a suspicious hand wound.
PC Jack attends when a young woman gets spiked at a nightclub. And Amelia and Craig are called to a mass brawl outside a pub and get accused of ruining a suspect's life.

On the beat with Brighton's hectic nightlife as trouble comes thick and fast for the night coppers - from a bunch of youths in a street fight to a knocked-out football fan.
The cops are called to an incident at a petrol station. There's a complicated domestic dispute about missing teeth. A disgruntled drunk targets a security guard's nether regions.
Sam and Amy get more than they bargained for when they're called to a couple's altercation in the street.
Brighton's cops deal with more party-time trouble. Officer Jodie gives chase to a driver spotted with nitrous oxide. Jamie and Ollie respond to reports of a rave next to a funfair.

In the centre of Brighton, a lone officer is violently attacked and urgently needs back-up. And a disorientated drunk going home to bed tries to smash his way into the wrong house.
A vehicle-stop turns into a high-speed chase. Officers meet fierce resistance from a woman who's been accused of stalking. And a drunken reveller has broken a security guard's finger.

Brighton's night police patrol the town's hectic night life - from a possible suicide up on the cliff, to an urgent manhunt for a violent assailant with a crowbar.

PC Jodie and PC Zoe are called to break up a brawl between neighbours. And veteran officer Emma struggles to identify a child who's found wandering the streets late at night.

A dangerous driver tries to flee the scene of a crash. An altercation between housemates needs some police attention. And Pete’s copper’s nose uncovers something unexpected.
The Night Coppers break up a mass brawl and tackle some urban explorers up a crane. And an inebriated nuisance neighbour doesn’t want to go home and won’t go to bed.

It's another lively shift for Brighton's Night Coppers - from an awkward pack of drunken revellers who won't move on, to a suspected spiking after a woman collapses in a pub.

The coppers are called to a hotel fire on the Brighton seafront. Hannah attends an attempted mugging. And a harrowing domestic violence call gets under Zoe and Jodie’s skin.
