Ewout goes along with 20-year-old Dania who travels to Turkey for a 'Brazilian buttlift' buttock augmentation. Ewout sees that especially young girls undergo beauty procedures under pressure from social media. He also discovers that this can involve great risks and that things can go very wrong.

2: Life In Prison On Bonaire

Ewout participates in the judicial institution of Bonaire, the prison of the Caribbean Netherlands. He discovers that a weapon is quickly reached on the island and starts talking with convicted murderers. During a search, a forbidden telephone is found and Ewout speaks to a father and son who are in the same cell.

3: The Criminal Side Of Paradise Curaçao

Ewout accompanies the police on Curaçao and experiences everything from a wild chase and a home robbery to the arrest of a drug dealer. Poverty leads to crime and gun ownership. Ewout sees the consequences of this when he speaks to Dutch victims of robbery.

4: Behind The Ribbon At CSI Rotterdam

Ewout walks with the people in white suits who appear when something criminal happens somewhere: the team of the Forensic Investigation in Rotterdam. They come across things that the average citizen does not want to see, because it is simply too dirty or sinister. Ewout discovers who these people are and what their motivation is to do this extreme work.

5: Behind Bars At 16 (Part 1)

Ewout spends a week in the Hartelborgt juvenile detention center in Spijkenisse. Young people aged 12 to 24 are trapped here. There, Ewout discovers how criminally young the Netherlands is. He sees how group leader Kirsten, despite being bitten by one of the boys, still comes running when a fight breaks out somewhere.

Extreme Faith Healers

Faith healers are becoming increasingly popular in the Netherlands. Ewout travels to the birthplace of this phenomenon to investigate why they are growing in popularity. He attends a service of the greatest faith healer, a self-proclaimed apostle who claims to be able to cure all ailments, including homosexuality. How much faith do you need to have in the miracles of these faith healers?

Frozen to Survive

Ewout explores the world of people striving for a significant extension of their lifespan. He speaks with individuals who believe that, thanks to technological advancements, they can reach the age of 180. Additionally, he visits a company where the bodies of the wealthy and famous deceased are frozen, in the hope that they can be brought back to life in the future. In doing so, Ewout poses the question: is this truly desirable?

Under Fire in Cape Town

Ewout accompanies the police on patrols in one of the world's most dangerous neighborhoods: the Manenberg township in Cape Town. In an environment plagued by widespread drug abuse and violent gang conflicts, he observes firsthand how officers carry out their duties. Confrontation with this harsh reality raises the question of whether their efforts are truly effective in a community where violence is deeply rooted.
