Overview
In a rural Philippine market, a street dog scavenges for scraps while a mother and son, fleeing Canada, search for a fresh start. All are torn apart by their own kind, one for stolen meat, the others for a debt that can never be paid.
“Blood is thicker than water... Hunger devours all.”
